The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling refrigeration systems for light commercial and domestic applications. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to drive business growth in the refrigeration market. Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Engineer, you will be expected to:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Technical Sales Support: Provide expert technical advice on refrigeration systems, ensuring clients are informed and confident in their purchases.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and informative sales presentations to potential clients, clearly explaining product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with clients to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Post-Sales Support: Offer post-sales support, troubleshooting, and resolve any technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or related industries.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, their components, and applications, particularly in light commercial and domestic environments.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with a diverse range of clients.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Focused on providing exceptional service and support to clients throughout the sales and post-sales process.
