The Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts, overseeing sales processes, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Management:
    • Lead and manage all sales activities, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Training Sessions:
    • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer handling techniques.
  • Collaboration with Team:
    • Work closely with the sales team to strategize and implement approaches that drive sales growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Sales Process Oversight:
    • Oversee the sales cycle, ensuring processes are followed and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Lead Generation and Closing Sales:
    • Identify potential clients, generate sales leads, and effectively close sales, all while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Negotiation:
    • Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are expected:

  • Education:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Sales Experience:
    • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to lead initiatives and meet sales targets.
  • Customer Service Expertise:
    • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle client needs and queries effectively.
  • Training & Development:
    • Experience in conducting training sessions for team development is preferred.
  • Industry Experience:
    • Experience in the media or advertising industry is an added advantage, though not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
