Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading real estate platform, is looking for a passionate and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for selling property units, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the smooth and effective closure of property deals. Your focus will be on understanding client requirements, providing informative demonstrations, and facilitating site visits, all while ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for every client. Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction:
- Understand client requirements thoroughly and align them with relevant property units.
- Property Demonstrations & Site Visits:
- Conduct property demonstrations and site visits to clients, highlighting key features and benefits of the properties.
- Deal Closure:
- Work to ensure the timely closure of deals by maintaining strong communication with clients and offering persuasive presentations.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective follow-ups and continued engagement.
- Continuous Client Support:
- Track evolving client requirements and provide timely updates or alternative property solutions as needed.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth processes from the initial meeting through to closing.
- Customer Feedback & Reporting:
- Collect feedback from clients and report key insights to assist in enhancing service offerings.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- A degree-level education or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-related role (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well).
- Passion for sales and an eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate sector.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
