Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Understand and anticipate client requirements through clear communication and active listening.
- Provide clients with tailored solutions, ensuring that their needs and goals are met.
- Property Presentations & Demonstrations
- Thoroughly brief clients about relevant property units and their features.
- Conduct property site visits and demonstrations, providing a clear picture of the features and benefits of each property.
- Sales & Deal Closure
- Handle end-to-end sales, from initial engagement to final deal closure.
- Timely follow-ups with clients, addressing their concerns, updating their requirements, and ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
- Work to exceed sales targets and continuously improve closing techniques.
- Market Insight & Strategy
- Stay informed about the latest trends and property listings in the market.
- Develop a deep understanding of the local real estate market dynamics to offer relevant advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Education: A degree-level education or equivalent practical experience in business or sales.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales (fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm and communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Skills:

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
