As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of generating leads, meeting sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with clients. This hybrid role requires both on-site presence in Faisalabad and flexibility to work remotely. You will collaborate with the sales team, support product promotions, and create opportunities for new business. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and possess strong sales and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales Target Achievement
    • Proactively generate leads through market research, networking, and outreach to potential clients.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by securing new clients and retaining existing ones.
    • Track and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Address client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements effectively.
  • Product Promotion & Presentations
    • Promote and sell products or services to clients, tailoring solutions based on individual client needs.
    • Conduct product presentations, attend client meetings, and follow up on leads.
  • Sales Reporting & Collaboration
    • Prepare detailed sales reports and present regular updates to management on targets, performance, and potential challenges.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development; experience in the electrical industry is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
    • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
