As a Video Animator at Zilon International, Inc., you will be responsible for creating stunning motion graphics, delivering high-quality animations for diverse media formats, and contributing to the conceptualization of visual storytelling. You will collaborate closely with the creative team, assisting in the development of storylines, scripts, and storyboarding. Your role will be critical in developing content that speaks to the audience while showcasing our brand’s innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motion Graphics Creation
    • Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual sequences for web, social media, and other digital platforms.
    • Create high-quality animations from concept to final production, ensuring that each piece adheres to the brand guidelines.
  • Collaborative Storytelling & Content Development
    • Participate in creative meetings and contribute to storyboarding, script ideation, and narrative structuring.
    • Translate ideas into engaging animated sequences with the right tone, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Project Management & Adaptation
    • Oversee multiple animation projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and handling feedback from internal teams.
    • Adapt animation styles and creative direction to different projects and evolving client needs.
  • Innovative Animation
    • Stay updated on the latest motion graphics trends, tools, and animation techniques, incorporating these innovations into Zilon’s content.
    • Introduce new methods and creative practices to continually improve the team’s animation and motion graphics capabilities.
  • Ensuring High Standards
    • Maintain high-quality standards throughout the animation process, ensuring alignment with visual objectives and brand aesthetics.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
    • Alternatively, a diploma in Computer Animation or a similar course.
  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years of experience in video animation, motion graphics creation, or a similar role.
    • A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and expertise in animation, motion graphics, and storytelling.
  • Skills:
    • Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and voice-over tools.
    • Strong visual storytelling abilities, with an excellent sense of timing, pacing, and composition.
    • Ability to generate and develop creative concepts and execute animations that align with project goals.
    • Solid understanding of project management tools and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • Excellent communication skills to collaborate efficiently across teams.
    • Ability to adapt to evolving creative needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
