We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager (Technical) who will drive the development and delivery of technical products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in managing products throughout their lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, collaborate on product roadmaps, and contribute to solution architecture discussions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Product Opportunities
    • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.
    • Stay informed of industry trends and identify gaps in the market to enhance product development.
  • Product Requirement Definition
    • Define product requirements and project scope, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders’ objectives.
    • Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder needs, translating them into clear product specifications.
  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
    • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver product milestones.
    • Facilitate technical discussions and collaborate with the engineering team to design the product architecture and specifications.
  • Product Roadmap Development
    • Develop detailed product roadmaps, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
    • Ensure timely delivery of product features by managing timelines and resources effectively.
  • Agile Project Management
    • Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive product development efficiently.
    • Track the progress of product initiatives and manage risks and issues related to product delivery.
  • Bridging the Technical and Business Teams
    • Act as a bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective problem-solving.
  • Documentation
    • Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and user stories.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 1–3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or software development industry.
    • Proven experience managing products from initial concept to final launch.
  • Technical Background:
    • A strong technical background, preferably in engineering or software development (or a related field).
    • Experience in solution architecture discussions and understanding the technical aspects of the product lifecycle.
  • Methodology & Documentation:
    • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience applying them in product management.
    • Ability to write clear, structured product documentation (PRDs, BRDs, user stories).
  • Project Management Tools:
    • Hands-on experience with popular project management tools, such as ClickUp or Jira, to manage product development processes.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with stakeholders and team members.
