Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Relations Officer, your primary duties will include:

  • Complaint Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty.
