The Hexaa is looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our innovative team in Lahore. Key Responsibilities:

  • MERN Stack Development:
    • Develop and maintain dynamic, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Node.js, React.js, NestJS, and NextJS.
    • Implement and optimize server-side and client-side functionality to enhance user experience.
  • Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment:
    • Work with cloud platforms, primarily AWS, for application deployments and ensure scalable and efficient operations.
    • Manage Kubernetes environments and assist in manual deployments on servers using tools like NGINX (not limited to CI/CD).
  • Database Management:
    • Design, implement, and maintain efficient SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and availability for applications.
    • Integrate databases effectively into web applications, optimizing query performance and data management practices.
  • GraphQL & Headless CMS:
    • Develop and integrate GraphQL APIs, supporting seamless data retrieval across the system.
    • Work with headless CMS to enhance content management functionality for web applications.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
    • Contribute actively to discussions, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in the development process.
    • Provide clear and concise updates on project status and potential challenges.
  • Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Share knowledge with junior developers and peers, promoting best practices in coding and development.
    • Stay updated with the latest tech trends to improve and evolve coding standards within the team.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role.
    • Hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, NestJS, and NextJS.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong knowledge and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
    • Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and deployments.
    • Proficiency in handling manual deployments on servers like NGINX, with experience in server management.
    • Proficient with GraphQL integration, offering effective and flexible data retrieval.
    • Familiarity with headless CMS technologies.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for seamless collaboration with different teams and stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical challenges and drive effective solutions.
    • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to group objectives.
