Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Report Preparation:
    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
    • Generate ad-hoc financial reports to meet various business requirements.
  • Tax & Compliance:
    • Prepare tax documents for submission, ensuring timely and accurate filing.
    • Assist in meeting financial compliance requirements for statutory filings.
  • Financial Analysis & Audits:
    • Compile and analyze financial statements, identifying discrepancies and areas of improvement.
    • Conduct cyclical audits to ensure the company’s financial health and regulatory compliance.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting:
    • Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals and financial targets.
  • Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow Management:
    • Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of cash flow records.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments:
    • Work closely with other teams to assist with any finance-related queries and provide support as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in accounting, financial analysis, and tax preparation.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
    • Familiarity with accounting software and the ability to adapt to new financial systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret and analyze financial statements, reports, and periodicals.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to identify discrepancies and improve financial management processes.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
