We are currently looking for an Affiliate Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this on-site full-time role, the successful candidate will oversee the management of affiliate accounts, execute communication strategies, and drive performance through affiliate relationships and digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Account Management:
- Develop and manage affiliate accounts, ensuring timely performance tracking, payment processing, and issue resolution.
- Foster strong relationships with affiliates to drive continued collaboration and maximize sales and revenue growth.
- Communication & Strategy:
- Create and execute strategic communication initiatives to ensure affiliate satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored marketing strategies for affiliate growth.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor affiliate performance, traffic sources, conversions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze affiliate trends and provide actionable insights to improve account performance and optimize returns.
- Sales & Digital Marketing Initiatives:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving affiliate sales and increasing traffic to offers.
- Implement marketing techniques, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
- Training & Development:
- Receive and participate in detailed training sessions, enhancing knowledge of affiliate marketing industry trends and tools.
- Job assignments and responsibilities will be adjusted based on performance.
Qualifications:
- Account Management & Sales Skills: Proven experience in managing affiliate accounts, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Affiliate Marketing Experience: Understanding of the affiliate marketing industry, including trends, strategies, and tools to optimize affiliate performance.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on developing strong relationships with affiliates.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage relationships with external affiliates.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing Experience: Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, traffic management, and optimization tactics.
- Performance-driven: Results-oriented mindset, capable of meeting KPIs and achieving business targets.
