Dost is currently seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and expanding the business by establishing relationships with potential clients and ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads. As an essential part of our sales strategy, you will directly impact our company’s success and growth in the market.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
- Generate new business opportunities and introduce clients to Dost’s products and services.
- Qualification of Leads:
- Conduct thorough qualification calls to identify and understand the needs, challenges, and goals of potential leads.
- Ensure that only qualified leads are passed to the sales team for further engagement.
- Scheduling Meetings:
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team for further discussions and pitch presentations.
- Ensure smooth transitions and effective communication to streamline the sales process.
- Record Keeping & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead information, interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet and exceed business goals.
- Participate in meetings and provide valuable feedback on lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation. Experience in telemarketing or a similar role with a strong emphasis on lead qualification is highly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales is a must. Familiarity with SaaS or technology industry services is a strong advantage.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English, with the capacity to clearly convey product value propositions and engage with potential clients effectively.
- CRM Experience: Comfort and proficiency with CRM tools for managing leads, tracking interactions, and reporting on sales activities (specific platform knowledge discussed during the interview).
- Personal Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a results-driven attitude.
