The Hexaa is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Lahore. As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads, contributing to the growth and success of our business. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Conduct thorough market and individual prospect research to identify potential leads within targeted industries.
  • Sales Cadence: Design and implement effective sales cadences that engage prospects at different stages of the sales cycle.
  • Lead Qualification: Convert inbound leads into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) by assessing their needs and aligning with our offerings.
  • Outbound Outreach: Execute effective outreach through channels like email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and voicemail to initiate conversations with prospects.
  • Sales Copywriting: Craft compelling and personalized emails, sales copy, and follow-up sequences for outreach and nurturing efforts.
  • Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM systems to manage prospects, track sales activities, and ensure opportunities are progressed.
  • Collaborative Support: Assist Account Executives (AEs) during client calls and discussions, ensuring alignment between lead qualification and follow-ups.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on best practices in sales development and prospecting, and incorporate new techniques to improve performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in sales development, prospecting, or similar roles is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in conducting market research and individual prospect research to generate high-quality leads.
    • Experience designing and implementing sales cadences and email outreach programs.
    • Strong understanding of sales qualification processes and managing leads in CRMs.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
    • Strong sales copywriting skills, with an ability to write effective, engaging, and persuasive emails and follow-ups.
    • Competence in multi-touch communication strategies, such as phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and voicemail.
    • Experience in personalizing email outreach to enhance engagement with potential customers.
  • Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Mindset: A results-oriented approach with a strong drive to meet or exceed targets. Ability to work independently and within a team.
