Key Responsibilities
- Business Strategy Development:
- Assist in the development and execution of effective business development strategies to drive company growth and achieve business objectives.
- Collaboration with Senior Leadership:
- Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to formulate growth strategies that expand market reach and enhance profitability.
- Proposal Creation & Presentations:
- Lead the creation and presentation of detailed, tailored proposals to meet specific client and business needs, showcasing your strategic thinking and presentation skills.
- Business Solutions Implementation:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective business solutions that meet client requirements and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting:
- Track sales performance, prepare regular forecasts, and report on key business metrics, pipeline status, and project progress to senior management.
- Market Analysis:
- Identify potential markets and customers for expansion by analyzing industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (MBA or related) is a plus.
- Professional Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Experience in a similar role within the hospitality, travel, or tourism industry will be highly advantageous.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze and execute growth strategies effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations.
- Experience in creating compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
