As a Graphic Designer at Bubble Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for designing visually engaging content for various platforms. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop unique designs that align with the company’s brand vision and objectives. You will also be expected to contribute to the animation graphics and video content creation process after the training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Creation & Development:
- Create compelling and high-quality graphic designs, layouts, and visuals for digital marketing materials, social media posts, website elements, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create designs for campaigns and projects.
- Animation Graphics:
- Assist in creating animation graphics that elevate the design experience and engage our audience through dynamic visuals and motion.
- Video Content Creation:
- Help develop and edit video content for promotional materials, social media, and branding, enhancing storytelling with creative visuals.
- Collaboration & Feedback:
- Work closely with the marketing and development teams to deliver designs that meet the company’s goals and objectives.
- Accept feedback from team members to refine designs and make necessary adjustments in a timely manner.
- File Management & Organization:
- Organize design files and ensure efficient workflows during the production process.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (discuss during the interview).
- A strong portfolio of previous design and video projects that demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Skills & Proficiency:
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- A keen eye for detail, strong creative skills, and a good understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
- Strong communication and team-oriented collaboration skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Bonus Skills (If applicable):
- Familiarity with motion graphics and 3D design software is a plus.
- Basic video editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro and knowledge of video formats and compression.
Benefits
- Compensation:
- Initial monthly salary: 25,000 PKR (during probation period).
- Upon successful completion of a 4-month probation period, salary will increase to up to 35,000 PKR.
