We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Sales Electrical Engineer to join the team at TechnoControl in Lahore. This is a full-time hybrid position that allows for some remote flexibility. In this critical role, the Senior Sales Engineer will design electrical systems, manage power distribution projects, and provide technical expertise in power systems. You will play a key role in expanding our sales pipeline, offering clients expert consultation, and conducting site visits to ensure the efficient execution of projects.

This role combines sales and technical expertise, making it ideal for someone with a strong engineering background who enjoys client-facing, strategic business development work.


Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Systems Design:

  • Design electrical systems in alignment with client requirements and project specifications.
  • Develop and implement designs for power distribution and power systems that meet industrial standards.

2. Sales and Client Relationship Management:

  • Drive sales strategies by understanding client needs and providing tailored engineering solutions.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and potential customers to achieve business growth.
  • Provide technical sales support and offer solutions to meet client specifications.

3. Site Assessments & Technical Recommendations:

  • Conduct site assessments to analyze electrical and power systems and offer technical recommendations.
  • Lead site visits to assess current installations and identify improvement areas or project requirements.

4. Technical Expertise in Industrial Automation:

  • Contribute to business development through your deep understanding of industrial automation and instrumentation.
  • Recommend efficient automation systems tailored to the needs of clients and industries.

5. Team Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams including engineering, design, and technical support to ensure project success.
  • Coordinate technical efforts and contribute to sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.

6. Communication and Reporting:

  • Communicate effectively with clients and technical teams to relay clear and concise technical information.
  • Create and deliver presentations to clients showcasing technical solutions and project plans.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on sales and client interactions.
  • Strong technical expertise in power distribution, power systems, and electrical design.

Skills:

  • Technical Sales Expertise: Proven ability to interact with clients and provide tailored solutions that meet their technical requirements.
  • Electrical Design Proficiency: Strong skills in electrical system design and power system management.
  • Industrial Automation Knowledge: Familiarity with automation technologies and how they can integrate with client needs.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing electrical engineering projects and ensuring alignment with client timelines and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Power System Engineering, Electrical Design, Sales Engineering) are a plus.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and remain ahead of trends in the industry.
  • Experience using CAD software, or similar design tools, would be a bonus.
