FreeSpace is seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in designing mobile and web applications, with a strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Responsibilities:

  • UI/UX Design: Design and develop intuitive, user-centered interfaces for mobile and web applications.
  • Tools Expertise: Utilize Figma to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with business and user objectives.
  • Scalability & Responsiveness: Ensure designs are scalable and responsive across multiple devices and platforms.
  • Advanced Graphics: Enhance designs using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
  • Motion Graphics & Video Content: Create engaging motion graphics and video content using After Effects (strongly preferred).
  • User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and validate design solutions.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain adherence to brand guidelines across all design outputs.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on UI/UX for mobile and web applications.
  • Figma Expertise: Mastery of Figma, including advanced features for creating complex, interactive designs.
  • Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and other Adobe tools.
  • Motion Graphics: Experience with After Effects is a strong advantage (not mandatory but preferred).
  • UI/UX Knowledge: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, presenting and justifying design decisions.
  • Certification: A UI/UX certification is highly desirable and will be considered an asset.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in Figma and UI/UX design for mobile/web applications is required.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
