Creamerz Soft is hiring a Business Development Specialist to join our team in Lahore District. The role requires an ambitious, self-motivated individual who is adept at market research, lead generation, and driving business growth in the software and technology space. This position requires a results-driven approach with the ability to effectively manage client relationships, increase sales, and work closely with internal teams to achieve company goals.
As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will leverage your communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to contribute to the company’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients through research and lead generation strategies.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to bring in new clients while nurturing existing accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads with a focus on converting them into long-term business partnerships.
- Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the software development and technology sectors.
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations that can drive business growth.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a point of contact for current and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop strong, professional relationships with key clients, and ensure smooth project execution from proposal to completion.
- Business Strategy and Analysis:
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that contribute to business expansion and profitability.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, market feedback, and insights that inform business decision-making.
- Collaborative Teamwork:
- Work with marketing, sales, and technical teams to create tailored proposals and solutions for prospective clients.
- Collaborate across teams to align client needs with the company’s service offerings and capabilities.
Qualifications
Required:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, with a focus on lead generation and market research.
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Experience or knowledge in the software development or technology industry is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- CRM and sales tools familiarity, and ability to adapt to new software systems quickly.
