Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Communication:
Handle inquiries from potential clients, providing information about StudyMEDIC’s medical courses and services. - Sales Support:
Assist in the sales process, including outreach, lead qualification, and follow-up communication with prospective clients. - TeleSales Techniques:
Receive training in tele sales techniques, learning how to effectively communicate with customers and close sales. - Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team, contributing to sales goals, and assisting in customer relationship management. - Interpersonal Interaction:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through clear, professional communication.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service Skills:
Strong ability to engage with clients, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional service. - Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently. - Sales Skills:
