As part of our growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Engineer to integrate and implement our innovative dental AI solutions for customers. This role is ideal for individuals with strong technical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills, eager to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Integration:
Lead the integration of Overjet’s IRIS Image Capture platform with third-party Practice Management and Imaging Systems. - Software Installation:
Install and configure the Overjet IRIS Image Capture platform remotely on customer workstation environments. - Technical Problem Solving:
Utilize cloud-based and open-source tools to solve complex data integration challenges and streamline customer transitions. - Coding and Development:
Write efficient, scalable code while adhering to best practices to ensure high-quality solutions for customers. - Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues, ensuring optimal customer experience. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with product, engineering, clinical, and customer success teams to improve onboarding and support for IRIS customers. - On-Call Support:
Be available for periodic on-call support outside of working hours, as planned by the team.
Qualifications:
- Academic Background:
A strong academic background in Computer Science or a related field. - Experience:
3-5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in SaaS environments. - Integration Experience:
Proven experience with third-party software integrations or solutions engineering, ideally with dental systems. - Technical Skills:
Familiarity with Dental Practice Management and Imaging Systems is a plus. - Customer-Facing Skills:
Strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Language Proficiency:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. - Work Environment Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment, while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
