We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation methods. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Research & Development:
Research, track, maintain, and update leads using various tools and platforms to build a strong sales pipeline. - Outbound Communication:
Make outgoing calls to potential clients to develop new business and qualify leads for sales opportunities. - Email Marketing:
Conduct direct email marketing campaigns to key clients and prospects to generate interest and convert them into leads. - Database Management:
Maintain and update the lead generation database to ensure accurate and current information for the sales team. - Client & Market Research:
Conduct customer surveys and market research to gather information about potential leads and client needs. - Sales Presentations & Proposals:
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other materials to convert leads into customers. - Management Reporting:
Provide accurate and timely reports on lead generation activities, including insights and recommendations for improvement. - Product Knowledge Development:
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process and effectively engage with prospects.
Qualifications:
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with potential clients. - Experience:
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales support roles is highly preferred. - Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience using CRM systems is also required. - Research Skills:
Strong ability to conduct market and client research and maintain a well-organized lead database. - Time Management:
Excellent project management and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Experience with Western Companies (Preferred):
Experience working with clients or companies in Western markets is an advantage. - Education:
A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
