Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management:
    Supervise the day-to-day activities of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to DHL’s company policies, safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
    Address and resolve customer complaints and service-related issues in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead, train, and develop outlet staff to ensure operational excellence and top-tier service delivery. Create staff schedules, monitor attendance, and evaluate team performance to achieve key business objectives. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Sales and Revenue:
    Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and outlet performance metrics. Monitor sales activities and implement strategies to improve overall sales and revenue generation.
  • Reporting:
    Regularly report on outlet performance and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements in operations, sales, and service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    A Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    3-5 years of experience in retail logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory role. Previous experience in managing a team and overseeing retail operations is essential.
  • Skills:
    Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in logistics systems, inventory management, and basic accounting. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Personal Qualities:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage time effectively.
