IT Kumail – ITK Online Solutions Ltd. is a cutting-edge technology company with offices in Lahore and Manchester, UK. We are seeking a Business Development Officer to join our dynamic team in Lahore. Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the IT and creative agency industry.
- Analyze competitor offerings and customer needs to create impactful sales strategies.
- Sales and Lead Generation:
- Generate new business leads through various channels, including outreach, cold calling, and networking.
- Use CRM and outreach tools (e.g., Apollo) to track and manage leads effectively.
- Focus on generating leads from the UK and USA markets.
- Relationship Building:
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and additional sales opportunities.
- Freelancing Websites Bidding & Management:
- Participate in bidding on freelancing platforms, responding to client inquiries, and managing client communications effectively.
- Ensure all bids are strategically tailored to maximize the chance of winning new projects.
- Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to prepare and submit proposals that align with the client’s requirements.
- Craft clear, persuasive, and high-quality proposals to close deals.
- Sales Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Regularly track sales targets and report on the performance metrics to senior management.
- Prepare and deliver reports on business development activities, sales forecasts, and market trends.
- Industry Trends Monitoring:
- Stay informed about new trends and innovations in the IT sector and creatively implement this knowledge into the business development strategy.
- Participate in industry-related forums, events, and webinars to improve company exposure and connect with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven experience in lead generation and managing client accounts, preferably in the software development, UI/UX design, or creative agency field.
- Experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and others.
- Experience generating leads in the UK and USA markets is a significant advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken English; proficiency in American & British accents is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and sales skills.
- Experience with CRM and outreach software (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
