Responsibilities

As a Junior Associate – HSE & QMS, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and maintaining high standards in safety and quality. Here’s what the job entails:

  1. Documentation Management: Develop, organize, and maintain documentation for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001 standards compliance.
  2. Audit Support: Conduct internal audits, assist in external audits, and ensure all findings are addressed promptly.
  3. Training Coordination: Organize and lead training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest safety and quality standards.
  4. System Monitoring: Establish and manage a scheduled system for Training & Development (T&D) and regularly monitor its effectiveness.
  5. Field Visits: Perform on-site inspections to ensure compliance and evaluate the effectiveness of safety and quality systems.
  6. Standard Updates: Stay informed about updates to HSE and QMS standards and implement necessary changes within the organization.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Background: Minimum of a graduate degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Certifications: Proven certifications in HSE and QMS with strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP software.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in HSE or QMS roles.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to conduct field visits and handle training responsibilities as needed.
  • Preference: Special consideration will be given to jobless or financially needy candidates.
