Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Travel Agent Operator, you will be responsible for the following:
Ferry Tickets Department
- Monitor and manage online ferry ticket bookings.
- Handle customer requests related to ticket issuance, amendments, and cancellations.
- Ensure that customers receive accurate and timely information about their ferry bookings.
Car Rental and Hotel Departments
- Review and manage online bookings for car rentals and hotel accommodations.
- Assist customers with their booking requests and inquiries related to these services.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly and accurately.
Tours and Transfers Department
- Issue vouchers after confirming arrangements with customers and providers.
- Manage bookings for tours and transfers.
- Coordinate with tour and transfer providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
Accounting Department
- Issue invoices, process payments, and check clearings.
- Handle customer refunds and verify received payments.
- Ensure that all accounting tasks are completed on time and accurately.
Call Center Support
- Receive inbound calls from customers, addressing their concerns and requests.
- Take accurate notes on customer inquiries and forward requests to the appropriate department.
- Provide outstanding customer service by resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications
