Responsibilities:

As a WordPress Developer, your day-to-day tasks will involve:

Website Development and Maintenance: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring they function smoothly and are optimized for speed and performance. This includes regularly updating the websites, troubleshooting any issues, and implementing necessary fixes.
Custom Theme and Plugin Development: You will create custom WordPress themes and plugins that meet the specific requirements of clients. This allows you to showcase your creativity and technical skills by tailoring websites to fit their unique needs.
Design Integration: You will work with design files like PSD, Figma, or Adobe XD and turn them into fully functional, responsive websites. Your goal is to ensure that the final website closely matches the design with pixel-perfect accuracy, offering an exceptional user experience.
Performance Optimization: Ensuring that the websites you develop are fast, scalable, and high-performing will be one of your key responsibilities. You will use best practices such as caching, content delivery networks (CDNs), and image compression to achieve these goals.
Technical Support: Troubleshooting is a key part of the job. You will diagnose and resolve any website issues, bugs, or compatibility challenges, ensuring the smooth functioning of the site.
SEO Best Practices: Implementing on-page SEO strategies is crucial for the visibility of the websites you develop. This includes optimizing content, metadata, and images, and ensuring the site is properly indexed by search engines.
Collaboration: You will work alongside designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver cohesive and effective digital solutions for clients. Teamwork and communication will be essential in meeting deadlines and producing high-quality work.
Content Management: Managing website content via the WordPress content management system (CMS) will be part of your role. You will ensure that clients have an easy-to-use backend experience, allowing them to update their content as needed.

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and custom post types.
