This position is ideal for professionals who have passed the Audit paper of the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification and are ready to excel in a challenging yet rewarding environment. The Audit Associate will play a key role in supporting the audit process, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and delivering high-quality audit reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing audit engagements for clients across various industries.
- Review financial statements and accounting records to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
- Identify and document audit findings, discrepancies, and areas of risk.
- Collaborate with the audit team to prepare comprehensive audit reports.
- Maintain open communication with clients to address audit-related concerns and queries.
- Stay updated on changes in auditing procedures, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
- Utilize audit software and Microsoft Office tools for effective documentation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Passed the Audit paper of the ACCA qualification.
- Strong understanding of auditing principles, financial reporting, and accounting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with audit software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
