Responsibilities
As a Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Project & Process Management
- Coordinate scheduling, monitor timelines, and track sales and payments accurately.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to align goals.
- Lead Generation and Automation
- Implement tools to automate processes and improve inbound lead generation.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine marketing strategies effectively.
- Paid Advertising & Influencer Marketing
- Manage Facebook ad campaigns, ensuring proper budget allocation and optimization.
- Use influencer marketing to enhance campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Approximately five years of marketing experience with a focus on business development.
- Proven leadership skills in managing a diverse and high-performing team.
- Expertise in email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and social media outreach.
- Experience with automation tools and inbound lead generation.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
