1. Montessori Directress (LMI/NCE Qualified – Fresh or Experienced)
- Guide and educate young learners using Montessori methods.
- Create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment.
- Develop age-appropriate learning activities that encourage independence and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide progress updates.
2. Home Teachers (Grade III, IV & V)
Subjects: Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and English
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school curriculum.
- Assess students’ progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
- Use interactive teaching techniques to enhance understanding.
- Encourage student participation and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
3. Academic Coordinator – Primary Section
- Oversee academic planning and curriculum implementation for the primary section.
- Guide teachers in lesson planning and classroom management.
- Monitor student performance and suggest improvements in teaching strategies.
- Coordinate with parents and staff to ensure a productive learning environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
Montessori Directress:
- Fresh or experienced candidates with LMI or NCE Montessori certification.
- Strong understanding of child psychology and Montessori teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Home Teachers (Grade III – V):
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Science, Mathematics, English, or Social Sciences.
- Good command of the English language and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and assess student performance.
Academic Coordinator – Primary Section:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching or academic coordination.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teachers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- Knowledge of curriculum development and modern teaching techniques.
