Qualifications

- Over 20 years of operational and commercial leadership experience in global organizations.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies.
- Strong background in managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and business development.
- Team Leadership
- Experience in managing large teams, preferably with a headcount of 700+ employees across multiple regions.
- Ability to foster collaboration and lead cross-functional teams towards common goals.
- Experience in Scaling Development Centers
- Proven success in setting up and scaling development centers or operational hubs, especially in Pakistan.
