Responsibilities
As a People Excellence Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:
1. HR Operations & Employee Support
- Manage daily HR operations and ensure smooth execution of people-related processes.
- Address employee concerns in a people-centric and professional manner.
- Assist employees with HR-related queries, including leave policies, compensation, and benefits.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture Development
- Enhance employee satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and implementing new perks, benefits, and team-building activities.
- Foster a diverse, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
3. Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather insights for continuous workplace improvement.
- Promote Kualitatem’s reputation as an excellent place to work through HR branding strategies.
4. HR Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze HR metrics like employee turnover, retention rates, and recruitment timelines.
- Provide insights to improve HR processes based on data-driven decisions.
5. Performance Management & Development
- Implement employee evaluations such as 360-degree feedback, quarterly, and annual appraisals.
- Support learning and development initiatives for employee growth.
6. HR Policy Compliance & Social Media Strategy
- Ensure employees understand and follow HR policies.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance employer branding.
Qualifications
To be considered for the People Excellence Executive role, you should have the following qualifications:
Educational Background & Experience
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
✅ Previous HR internship experience is a plus.
Key Skills & Competencies
✅ Understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees and stakeholders.
✅ Ability to analyze HR data and derive meaningful insights.
