CrecenTech is seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Support Specialist (International) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about communication and eager to contribute to the company’s growth. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, building rapport, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your efforts will directly impact lead conversion rates and help us grow our customer base. Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential clients from our database to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Utilize the CRM system to update and manage the pipeline of prospects and potential leads efficiently.
  • Client Rapport: Build strong relationships with potential clients and skillfully overcome objections to increase lead conversion rates.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, activities, and follow-up actions within the CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and lead conversion.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with international clients.
  • Proactive & Motivated: A results-driven individual eager to learn, grow, and meet targets.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a positive relationship.
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets consistently.
  • Real Estate Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations is a plus, but not required.
