Responsibilities
As a Junior Accountant, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Financial Report Preparation: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets. You will ensure all numbers are accurate and aligned with company policies and regulations.
- Ledger Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts as well as subsidiary ledgers. This involves reviewing transactions and ensuring they are properly recorded.

- Spreadsheet Management: Use Microsoft Excel to create and manage financial spreadsheets and reports, maintaining accuracy and ensuring data is easy to analyze.
- Tax Preparation Support: Assist in preparing tax returns and other required compliance documents, ensuring that all submissions are timely and accurate.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders via email and other communication platforms. Good communication skills will be key to this role.
- Data Entry and Record Maintenance: Enter data accurately and maintain financial records using accounting software to ensure completeness and accuracy.
