Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Support Executive, you will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth running of property management operations:
- Review and Manage Contracts:
- Carefully review property management contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Analyze contract terms, address discrepancies, and maintain up-to-date records.
- Client and Resident Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues through phone and email.

- Leasing Process Management:
