Responsibilities
As a Growth Associate at SnackOut, your main task will be to onboard restaurants and bring new vendors on board. You’ll help build strong partnerships with restaurant owners and ensure they understand the value SnackOut brings to the table. The job involves identifying potential restaurant partners, negotiating contracts, and making sure they have a smooth onboarding experience.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Identifying Potential Restaurant Partners: You will research and find restaurants that align with SnackOut’s values and can offer great food experiences to our users.
- Pitching SnackOut’s Value: You’ll talk to restaurant owners and explain why partnering with SnackOut is a good business decision. You’ll focus on highlighting how we can help them grow their customer base and increase sales.
- Onboarding Vendors: Once a restaurant agrees to partner with us, you will guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up to start delivering food to our customers without any issues.
- Negotiating Contracts: As part of your role, you’ll discuss terms and finalize agreements with restaurant partners. This includes setting up delivery timelines, pricing, and ensuring both parties are happy with the partnership.
- Building Strong Relationships: It’s not just about getting new vendors on board; it’s about maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with them. You’ll check in regularly to ensure they’re satisfied with our services and continue to work with us long-term.
