Greeka.com, a leading travel platform promoting Greece for over 25 years, is looking to hire Junior Travel Agent Operators to join their team. This is a remote, full-time position where you will provide support across multiple departments including ferry tickets, car rentals, tours, transfers, and accounting. Responsibilities

  1. Ferry Tickets Department:
    • Manage online bookings for ferry tickets.
    • Handle customer requests, including issuing tickets, amendments, and cancellations.
  2. Car Rental and Hotel Departments:
    • Monitor and manage online bookings.
    • Handle customer requests and daily operations for car rentals and hotel bookings.
  3. Tours and Transfers Department:
    • Issue vouchers after confirming arrangements with customers and tour/transfer providers.
    • Handle bookings and customer requests related to tours and transfers.
  4. Accounting Department:
    • Issue invoices, track payments, and manage refunds.
    • Check payment clearings and ensure accurate financial records.
  5. Call Center:
    • Receive and manage incoming customer calls.
    • Address customer concerns, note down requests, and forward them to the appropriate department.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • A Travel Bachelor’s Degree, Superior University Degree, or qualification from the College of Tourism and Hotel Management (COTHM) is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in typing (40 to 60 words per minute).
    • Strong command of English, both oral and written.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
