Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Identify and maintain a database of top-performing MCN (Multi-Channel Network) organizations worldwide.
- Develop and nurture strategic collaborations with global MCNs, ensuring alignment with company goals and content strategies.
- Business Negotiation & Contract Management
- Lead end-to-end negotiations with MCN partners, defining collaboration terms, revenue sharing models, and other specifics to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor and evaluate the performance data of MCN partnerships.
- Use insights to optimize strategies and present key findings to senior management.
- Trend Monitoring & Strategy Adjustment
- Stay updated on the latest developments in MCN operations, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Adapt strategies to align with emerging trends and market shifts.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or account management in the digital media sector.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage high-value partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and a strong understanding of key digital marketing KPIs.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies effectively.
- Experience with platforms like TikTok, Rednote (international version of Xiaohongshu), Lemon8, or overseas MCN marketing agencies is highly desirable.
