Responsibilities
- Design & Execution: Plan and execute landscaping designs for outdoor spaces, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality.
- Plant Care: Monitor plant health, applying appropriate care strategies to promote healthy growth.
- Maintenance: Maintain gardens, ensuring plants are well-nourished and free from pests or diseases.
- Sustainable Practices: Implement sustainable and environmentally friendly landscaping practices, focusing on water conservation and biodiversity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless project execution and quality outcomes.
- Innovation: Introduce new ideas and techniques for innovative landscape designs and plant care.
Qualifications
- Education: A degree in Horticulture or a related field.
- Experience: Hands-on experience in plant care, landscaping, and garden maintenance.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to plan and execute landscape designs effectively.
- Passion: A love for nature and landscaping, with a desire to transform outdoor spaces.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with the team and clients.
