  • Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints for future reference and follow-up.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all interactions with clients are positive and efficient, meeting the company’s high standards for customer service.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest information regarding European universities, visa processes, and student programs to assist clients effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, ideally within a customer service or support environment.
