As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating dynamic and visually engaging content for multiple clients across different digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Animation & Video Creation: Design and produce high-quality animated videos that communicate client ideas and concepts effectively across multiple projects.
- Static Design: Create eye-catching static posts for social media, websites, and apps that align with client branding and goals.
- Motion Graphics: Develop engaging motion graphics for social media, websites, and apps, elevating visual storytelling for clients.
- Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics to ensure a seamless narrative and alignment with project objectives.
- Logo & Brand Design: Create logos and brand identities, contributing to the cohesive visual representation of client brands.
- AI Tools Utilization: Incorporate AI-powered tools to optimize animation workflows, enhance visual effects, and improve the efficiency of producing high-quality motion graphics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand brand visions and marketing objectives, delivering impactful visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, animation techniques, and best practices for social media platforms to deliver innovative and relevant content.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design and animation projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from clients and internal teams to refine and enhance designs, animations, and video edits.
- Task Tracking: Maintain accurate task tracking within the project management system to ensure efficient monitoring and reporting of ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer, preferably within an agency environment, working with diverse clients.
- Proven experience collaborating with international clients and delivering high-quality design projects.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in animation and video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other industry-standard software.
- Familiarity with AI tools used in motion graphics, video editing, and design.
- Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with clients.
- Additional Requirements:
- Available after working hours for minor adjustments or occasional client meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing client priorities and deadlines.
