Responsibilities
- Student Counseling: Guide students in identifying suitable education pathways aligned with their career aspirations and potential.
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain professional relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Public Speaking: Represent the company during seminars, workshops, and community events to educate students and parents on foreign education opportunities.
- Collaborative Work: Work alongside colleagues to organize informative sessions and training programs.
- Personal Development: Participate in professional development initiatives to refine counseling skills and industry knowledge.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and client inquiries.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (required); Professional qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience: 1–2 years in a similar industry or role.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Digital literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience in student counseling or familiarity with study abroad processes preferred.
