NeuroOceans AI is looking for a skilled Upwork Bidder to join our growing team in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Responsibilities
As an Upwork Bidder, you will be responsible for:
- Market Research: Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs to expand the business.
- Proposal Writing: Writing tailored proposals that align with client requirements, objectives, and expectations.
- Client Engagement: Promoting the company’s services and addressing client needs or anticipating their objectives.
- Client Feedback: Providing trustworthy feedback and post-sales support to maintain long-term relationships.
- Sales Presentations: Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Industry Awareness: Staying updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to improve bidding strategies.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Experience: Fresh to 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding or related sales roles.
- Market Research: Experience in conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to tailor proposals effectively.
- Sales Skills: Ability to sell services confidently and build long-term client relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Proactive with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Upwork Experience: Familiarity with the Upwork platform and experience in bidding on projects is highly preferred.
