Packages Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and ensuring the success of sales strategies in your assigned territory. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and guide the sales team to achieve performance goals and maintain high levels of motivation and engagement.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales performance.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into territory performance and improvement areas.
- CRM Utilization: Manage client interactions and track progress using CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in sales and territory management (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and make informed decisions.
- Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and team members.
