Glommico is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 1 to 1.5 years of experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination:
    • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective task delegation.
    • Maintain detailed project schedules and track milestones, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create and manage comprehensive project documentation using Adobe Acrobat.
    • Develop insightful project reports and presentations with Excel, using advanced data visualization techniques.
    • Ensure all project documentation adheres to organizational standards and is accurate and complete.
  • Data Management:
    • Manage large datasets using advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS.
    • Present data in a clear, visually appealing manner to support decision-making.
    • Perform data analysis to identify key trends and insights crucial to the success of the project.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Suggest and implement improvements to current workflows for greater project efficiency.
    • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, timelines, and protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 1-1.5 years in project coordination or a similar role, with a proven track record in managing projects.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for documentation and PDF management.
    • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data presentation.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) is a plus.
