Joblogic, established in 1998, is a leader in providing Field Service Management (FSM) software, with a strong presence in the UK, Pakistan, and Vietnam. As a SaaS/CRM solution provider, Joblogic helps field service businesses streamline their operations, boost profitability, and foster business growth. After securing private investment in March 2023, we are accelerating our growth and are looking for a Senior HubSpot Consultant to play a key role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing HubSpot across our operations. This is a unique opportunity for someone with extensive HubSpot expertise to lead impactful changes and drive collaboration across multiple teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Implementation and Customization:
    • Lead the end-to-end HubSpot implementation, ensuring seamless alignment with business goals.
    • Customize workflows, templates, and custom objects for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
  • System Integration:
    • Oversee HubSpot integrations with third-party systems (e.g., accounting, marketing platforms) using APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools like Zapier, Tray.io, or Make.
  • Process Automation:
    • Design and deploy automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, account-based marketing, and email campaigns to optimize engagement and efficiency.
  • Advanced Reporting:
    • Create and manage dynamic dashboards and actionable reports to track key performance metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Data Integrity and Governance:
    • Implement data governance standards to ensure reliable and accurate data in HubSpot.
    • Oversee data migration efforts to maintain a clean, up-to-date HubSpot CRM database.
  • Training and Support:
    • Conduct training sessions for team members, create detailed user documentation, and provide ongoing support to ensure proficient use of HubSpot.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with new HubSpot features, proactively recommending enhancements for scalability, efficiency, and long-term success.

Qualifications and Experience

  • HubSpot Expertise:
    • Extensive experience in HubSpot CRM setup, administration, and integrations.
    • Advanced certifications, including HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS Hub, or Operations Hub.
    • Deep knowledge of HubSpot workflows, CRM architecture, and data structures.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in API integrations and middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Tray.io).
    • Expertise in data migration and synchronization across CRMs.
    • Experience with HubSpot scripting and advanced features like custom-coded workflows.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
