We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in a hybrid role, enabling you to work both remotely and onsite at our office in Harrianwala Chowk, Faisalabad. In this role, you will drive sales efforts, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless client onboarding, ensuring that our goals are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
As Business Development Manager, your main duties will include:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard potential clients (white-label agencies, B2B/B2C) within both local and international markets.
- Utilize professional platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Indeed, and Glassdoor to generate leads.
- Conduct cold emailing campaigns and follow up on leads as provided.
- Handle final client calls, ensuring a smooth deal closure and successful project initiation.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients across Germany, USA, and UK.
- Write compelling proposals and calculate accurate budgets to secure contracts.
- Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed projects to technical and project management teams.
- CRM & Performance Reporting:
- Manage and track all client interactions in CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Monitor and report on lead conversion rates and project performance for effective decision-making.
- Team Collaboration & Support:
- Supervise the call center team to ensure effective communication and client conversions.
- Work closely with the technical and management teams to maintain smooth operational workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science (preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in business development or sales, specifically targeting German, USA, or UK markets.
- Solid knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, etc., for lead tracking and client management.
- Strong expertise in lead generation, proposal writing, budget planning, and client handling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (mandatory, especially in English).
- Experience in handling cold emails and call conversions.
- Familiarity with client acquisition platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Between 90,000–150,000 PKR, negotiable based on experience.
- Commission: 5–10% on successful client conversions.

Work Schedule:
- Office Hours: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, with flexibility based on task completion.
- Days: Monday–Friday (official); availability on weekends may be required for optimal performance.
