Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production of electric motorcycles, battery systems, and swap stations.
- Lead the adoption of Lean Manufacturing to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams to incorporate new designs into scalable production.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations throughout the manufacturing process.
- Build and lead a high-performing production team to meet ambitious targets.
- Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining product quality.
- Manage investments in capital equipment and ensure effective maintenance practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of senior manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive sectors such as Atlas Honda, Yamaha, or Suzuki.
- Proficiency with CAD, CAM, and PLM software tools.
- Extensive experience in implementing and scaling Lean Manufacturing processes.
- Proven leadership abilities, including mentoring and developing teams in high-pressure environments.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with multidisciplinary teams.
