Topspot Media is seeking a passionate and skilled Content Research and Curation Specialist to join our dynamic content creation team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content strategy and curation across multiple digital platforms. You will be responsible for researching, organizing, and creating content that aligns with the company’s social media strategy and objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Content Research & Development: Conduct thorough research to gather relevant, high-quality content for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Content Curation & Creation: Curate and create diverse content types such as articles, graphics, videos, and social media posts to ensure fresh, engaging, and impactful digital storytelling.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies that support social media campaigns and objectives, contributing to the overall marketing strategy.
- Campaign Management: Oversee and execute content campaigns, ensuring proper alignment with the marketing plan and timely delivery of posts.
- Community Engagement: Actively interact with followers on social media platforms by responding to comments and fostering positive community relations.
- Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance data (engagement, reach, follower growth) and adjust content strategy as necessary to improve results.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, competitors, and new tools in social media to consistently innovate and improve strategy.
- Influencer & Partnership Management: Engage with influencers and content creators to develop brand partnerships and increase brand reach.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Skills:
- Proven expertise in managing major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).
- Exceptional communication and creative writing skills.
- Solid understanding of social media strategy, campaign planning, and audience targeting.
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and knowledge of basic SEO.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
