Key Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (backend) and React (frontend).
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to define and deliver new features.
- Ensure Application Quality: Optimize application performance for speed, quality, and responsiveness.
- Code Maintenance: Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code. Continuously improve the codebase for maintainability.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges that arise during the development process.
- Code Reviews: Participate in team-based code reviews to ensure best coding practices and maintain high-quality code standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience with Python and React (must have).
- Backend Skills: Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end frameworks.
- Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate within teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process.
- Experience with other front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies for efficient project management and execution.
