Wonder Craftz, a forward-thinking company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager and Social Media Handler to join our team. This role involves enhancing operational efficiencies, leading cross-functional teams, and overseeing the company’s social media presence. Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and scalability within the company.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and optimize workflows across various departments.
- Lead and mentor teams, ensuring that company goals are met effectively.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and set clear goals for teams, ensuring their alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee logistics, finance, project management, and other key operational aspects.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and oversee the company’s presence on all major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust campaigns accordingly to improve engagement, reach, and customer interaction.
- Create engaging content for social media posts using tools like Canva (or similar).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience and ability to manage teams successfully.
- Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of business operations such as logistics, finance, and project management.
- Proficiency in social media management and creating content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience with data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
